How does it work?
You can contact us and request your reservation by email, by phone or through our website.
We encourage you to explore the "Plans and Prices" and "Routes and Experiences" sections to help you decide which option best suits your needs. If you have any questions, we are available via chat or various contact methods.
Once you know when and how you want to live the experience, navigate to:
Choose your plan and choose the start date from the availability calendar and follow the steps described in the "Reservation procedure" below.
Don't forget to briefly describe the number of people, length of stay (in case of overnight stay) and preferred route or experience.
If you require taxi service, catering, a chef on board or would like to have a grocery purchase delivered to the boat, please check out these links and contact the Captain.
Reservation procedure
Choose your desired date, time and location and click on Request Reservation. Once you complete your information, number of guests and share your desired experience, you will receive an email confirming your request.
Our team will review the request and will be able to answer your questions and give you a tailored offer. Once everything is in order...
You will receive the contract draft and a payment link for the reservation deposit, which will need to completed within 3 days after reception. Once the payment is completed...
You are ready to sail! You receive the confirmation of your reservation. The captain or skipper will contact you to arrange boarding.
On the day of the charter you must bring in cash the captain's fee, the extras (+ the Comfort Pack if your stay is overnight) and make the second payment of the charter. Before setting sail you must complete the passenger list and sign the contract.
Tip: save time on the charter day and complete the passenger list online.
Payments

50% within 5 days after reservation confirmation.

Remaining 50% before departure.

Skipper's Fee, Extras, Comfort Pack on day of departure (in cash).
Cancellation Policy
If weather conditions prevent departure from the port and if another date or alternative departure point cannot be found, the contract will be cancelled. The company will return to the client the amounts paid up to that moment. A cancellation because of weather conditions, is solely at the discretion of the company or the Skipper of the company.
The rental period cannot be modified, unless confirmed by the Company.
In the event of cancellation by the client:

60 days before the date agreed by the client, the Company will return 100% of the amount received.

Less than 60 days will keep 50% of said amount.

Less than 30 days, the Company will keep 100% of said amount.

During the rental, the amounts paid up to that moment will remain with the Company.
The Company may cancel this contract with the return of all the amounts received up to that moment, and without the lessee or the other passengers being entitled to any compensation for this cancellation.
