Booking Procedure
In order to issues Booking Confirmation and contract, it is necessary for us to know: client’s name, address, email and phone number, eventual discounts from commission.
Payments

50% within 5 days after reservation confirmation.

Remaining 50% before departure.

Skipper's Fee, Extras, Comfort Pack on day of departure (in cash).
Cancellation
If weather conditions prevent departure from the port and if another date or alternative departure point cannot be found, the contract will be cancelled. The company will return to the client the amounts paid up to that moment. A cancellation because of weather conditions, is solely at the discretion of the company or the Skipper of the company.
The rental period cannot be modified, unless confirmed by the Company.
In the event of cancellation by the client:

60 days before the date agreed by the client, the Company will return 100% of the amount received.

Less than 60 days will keep 50% of said amount.

Less than 30 days, the Company will keep 100% of said amount.

during the rental, the amounts paid up to that moment will remain with the Company.
The Company may cancel this contract with the return of all the amounts received up to that moment, and without the lessee or the other passengers being entitled to any compensation for this cancellation.
Security Deposit
Security deposit must be done on the day of check-in with pre-authorization using the client’s card, (only VISA or MasterCard) or by SWIFT transfer 5 days before departure date. Standard security deposit for the one-week charters - to be paid before departure, even if clients have already purchased a personal insurance in third-party companies before departure. The company only holds the amount on the card as preauthorization. Security deposit for 2 or more weeks charters - to be paid by bank transfer or credit card payment. This deposit will be sent back to the client the next 5 (five) working days after check out.
All boats are insured with Third Party and CASCO policy with deductibles. If the deposit does not cover all damages made to the boat, the company can claim to the client outstanding amounts. If the damages do not exceed the amount of the deposit left by the client, the difference will be returned. If there are no damages, the whole amount will be returned to the client.
Insurance will not cover the cost of repairs and materials is determined by Appendix No. 1 of the charter contract. The cost of works and materials not specified in Appendix No. 1 of the charter contract is determined by partner companies possessing the necessary qualifications and licenses to carry out repair work within 5 (five) working days from the date of check-out.
The insurance does not cover:

FAILURE TO FILL WITH FUEL ON THE RETURN OF THE BOAT

CONDUCT IN THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL AND DRUGS

FAILURE OF SAFETY RULES AND TERMS OF CONTRACT

ANY POSSIBLE FINES/PENALTIES RAISED DURING THE CHARTER PERIOD EVEN IN CASE OF BELATED NOTIFICATIONS
If during the charter the client caused damage to the yacht in the amount of more than 50% of the deposit made, the Charter Company has the right to request the client for additional payment to reach the original amount of security deposit, or stop the charter.
Check-in and Check-out procedures
Any client should have a Passport or ID valid in EU on check in.
Extras
Extras, Skipper’s and Hostess’ fee can be paid only by cash on check-in.
Pets Onboard
It is possible to bring one pet per charter with an extra fee for additional cleaning. However, we can’t always accept all breeds or sizes of animals onboard. For this reason, it is necessary to get our written confirmation prior to the booking confirmation. Extra antiallergic cleaning after pets - 150€.
